Fun: After playing Twinsanity and CTTR, and being a bit disappointed with them, I had been wary of this latest game. But, being a huge Crash fan, I got it to add to my collection. I love this game! It may not be as good as the original trilogy by Naughty Dog (that's probably impossible), but it has a good mix of action and gameplay. Once you get the hang of defeating the Titans, it's great. Until then, you'll get a little frustrated as ten Titans and fifty (exaggeration) minions all take swipes at you. Here's a hint: use your heavy attack (hold down triangle) frequently. With this, you can jack someone even as hard to defeat as a Battler with some ease. The bosses were good. I missed Dingodile but Radical says he'll be appearing again sometime soon. The hardest boss in the game, according to the majority of my Crash playing friends and myself, is Uka Uka. After him, defeating the final boss (Nina Cortex) isn't as difficult. Here's another hint: when playing Uka Uka, jack a Battler and use your cyclone attack. If done properly, this will completely stun him. The levels are much more linear than Twinsanity was, which for me was a plus (some people prefer free-roaming though so they wouldn't enjoy it as much). They're also fairly long compared to previous games, so be prepared to spend a decent amount of time playing before you can save your progress. I recommend starting the game on Normal Mode although if you beat the game on Hard Mode (without 100% completion, unlike Normal Mode) you get an upgrade sooner than you would on the others. However, be warned, Hard Mode lives up to its name until you have enough experience playing it. Although on previous games it was hard to get a Game Over, it's not uncommon on this game even for seasoned Crash players. If you ever get frustrated with the Titans killing you before you have a chance to strike back, my advice is to keep trying and jack as many as possible. When you jack a certain amount of the particular Titan you are fighting, you will unlock their skin. With this skin, you can completely stun them with one hit, making fighting them much easier. I highly recommend this game to both people new to Crash and people who have been following it since it began. Have fun!
