Before buying this software, I checked through the internet to find out exactly what this new software is and how it differs from the older edition. I had no luck. I wanted to be sure that it ran on Vista and this was the only edition on Amazon's site stating that it was Vista compatible. Hence I ordered it. The box and the software do not use "JC" in the name. It looks like the same old software sold to meet Vista. From an operating point of view, I wish it didn't "take over" the computer screen, as it can not be minimized to work on anything else while it is active. The game plays fine and I'll compare it to a "fee" download that gives you 30 minutes of playing time as a trial before asking for $20 for a license key. This is half the price for basically the same thing. For the money and the enjoyment, it's worth the price.
